This is not the new word for today. The recession duration and prediction are increasing day by day. But the good thing which I observe in the market is the mediocre spoiling the market for their own benefit. They make the project without any planning.
If we take the example of the real state. The realtors divert the money which they collect from the first project and spend on third or fourth without thinking about the first.

Traders are taking the order from vendors and suppliers in the same way as Realtor.

People are mad to invest in financial market their hard earned money.

Oil sector and steel prices keep on fluctuating and increasing like it will never come back.

Employees’ salary bills are increasing like leaps and bounds. It seems that the employers are offering salaries without thinking how they will recover the money.

Price rise was in the same row. For the middle class and lower class people life become the hell because they are not able to manage and sustain the life.

After the three months again when bank will start to recover the money from the business man then again prices of the steel, real state as well as the employee salary will be some how under control.

The best things I am observing that those reached to the level of the middle class are on the verge of becoming the lower class again. These are whose greed had no limit.

Now the costing for any project which can start now is on the lower side.

So again the company should think about the value for money and cost effectiveness with short term planning.
